Heat Transfer Procedure:

1, Keeping the heat transfer temperature in 165 degree, transfer time in 25 seconds. High and Middle heat pressure

2, Make the clothes smooth in the transfer machine

3, Once the paper finished printing, leave it for 1 minute, Then cut the picture you need to transfer. Using our self-adhesive Polyester Film (TF-100) to cover it, then peel off the film.

4, Put the film into the clothes , and make sure the printable side upwards.

5, Cover it with cotton materials.

6, Keeping heat pressure in 25 seconds under 165 degree

7, Peel off the TF-100 Film, it's done.

Note: Suit for Mimaki, Roland, Mutoh, Novejat, with Eco Solvent or Latex Inks etc

- Yes, we have waterbased Inkjet Film which suit for Pigment and Dye inks

2, Do you have non- waterproof Inkjet screen printing film?

- Yes, we have both waterproof and non-waterproof Inkjet screen film. The non-waterproof inkjet film is for pigment and dye inks, with transparency.

3, Can I have samples before place an order?

- Yes, sure! We provide Samples in both A4 size and Roll size (normally 24" *3 Meters). All these samples are FREE for testing.
